Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BotWright platform ("Service"), operated by Ravata Store SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

BotWright is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses and agencies to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots across various messaging platforms (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Web) and automate calendar scheduling.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation Policy

  • Billing: The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Billing Cycle"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid Billing Cycle.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. All payments are final.
  • Third-Party Fees: BotWright subscription fees do not include external costs such as Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API per-conversation messaging fees, which are billed directly by Meta to your own business account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using BotWright, especially via integrations like the official WhatsApp Cloud API, you agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk advertising without explicit user consent.
  • Violate the Meta/WhatsApp Business Commerce and Messaging Policies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your BotWright account without refund.

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and permanent access tokens. You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Ravata Store SRL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ravata Store SRL, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
