Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BotWright platform ("Service"), operated by Ravata Store SRL, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you must have the authority to bind the business you register on behalf of. The Service is built for businesses; if you buy as a consumer, the statutory rights described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply in addition to these terms and take precedence where they conflict.

3. Description of Service

BotWright is a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses and agencies to create, manage, and deploy AI-powered chatbots across various messaging platforms (including WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Web) and automate calendar scheduling.

4. AI-Generated Output

Agent replies are generated by large language models from the knowledge base you supply. They can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what your agent says, for keeping your knowledge base accurate, and for any commitment your agent makes to your customers — including prices, availability and appointments.

The Service is not a substitute for professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and must not be presented as one. Where the law requires it, you must disclose to the people talking to your agent that they are interacting with an automated system.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

When using BotWright, especially via integrations like the official WhatsApp Cloud API, you agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or bulk advertising without explicit user consent.
  • Violate the Meta/WhatsApp Business Commerce and Messaging Policies.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your BotWright account without refund.

7. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and permanent access tokens. You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Ravata Store SRL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

8. Availability & Support

We work to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. The Service depends on third-party platforms — Meta, Google, Stripe, our hosting and database providers — and an outage or a policy change on their side can interrupt it. Support is provided by email during business days at support@botwright.io.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches section 6, that puts the platform or other customers at risk, or that remains unpaid after notice. Except in cases of serious or repeated abuse, we will tell you why and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

After termination you can request an export of your data for 30 days. After that, deletion runs as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ravata Store SRL, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For changes that materially affect your rights or the price you pay, we will give you at least 30 days of notice by email or in the dashboard, and you may cancel before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes fall to the competent courts of Romania.

If you are a consumer, nothing here removes your right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence, nor your access to out-of-court resolution through the ANPC and the European Commission ODR platform — both linked in the footer of every page.
